The challenge begins: Explore

In this phase, the focus is on understanding business requirements and aligning them with SAP’s standard cloud solutions.  

Key activities: 

  • Conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops to compare business needs with SAP standard processes 
  • Identifying gaps and deciding on necessary configurations, extensions, or integrations 
  • Prioritizing requirements and finalizing the solution design

Phase: Realize

Time to launch: 5 months

This is where the system configuration and development take place based on the agreed design. 

Key activities: 

  • Configuring the SAP Cloud system according to business processes  
  • Developing necessary extensions, integrations, or custom solutions 
  • Finalizing data migration strategies and preparing master data  

Time to launch: 3 months

Phase: Deploy | June-August 2025

Final stretch: Deploy

We move from planning to realization. We configure the system, develop necessary modifications, integrate with other systems, and perform testing. This phase is the core of the entire implementation. 

Key activities: 

  • Conducting unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Executing final data migration and validation
  • Conducting end-user training and providing documentation
  • Performing system cutover activities
  • Executing final readiness checks 
  • Officially going live with the new SAP Cloud Public solution
