Marketing Specialist

About the job 

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that build Actum Digital’s brand, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on execution and creative input, and who wants to grow in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and manage engaging content for Actum’s website, social media, newsletters, and presentations.
• Coordinate and execute events, webinars, and partner marketing activities.
• Manage marketing assets (case studies, brochures, client success stories) in cooperation with business teams.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (design, copywriting, PR).

What we expect:

• 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or IT/digital services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels (social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English, German is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with content creation and campaign coordination.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Analytical mindset, able to measure results and suggest improvements.
