About the job 

As a CRM Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering customer experience solutions with a focus on SAP Sales and Service Cloud. This position primarily involves implementing new CRM projects and helping clients unlock the full potential of their SAP solutions. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions, focusing on delivering robust sales and service functionalities that align with client needs.
• Drive projects with an emphasis on Version 2, ensuring clients leverage the platform's latest features and capabilities to enhance their customer experience strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tailored CRM solutions.
• Ensure seamless system integrations using SAP tools and best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on maximizing the value of their SAP CRM implementations.
• Keep pace with SAP’s advancements in CRM technology, particularly within the Sales and Service Cloud suite, and translate innovations into client success.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing within the SAP team to foster growth and expertise.

What we expect:

• Proven experience with SAP Sales and Service Cloud, including both sales and service modules.
• Ability to transition between different versions of SAP CRM, with a readiness to work primarily on Version 2.
• Strong understanding of sales and service processes in SAP CRM.
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver solutions across industries.
• Proficiency in Czech and English (minimum B2 level).
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
