Senior Legal Counsel

ACTUM Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented legal professional ready to take their career to the next level. The role is perfect for someone with a legal background in IT/tech, strong business acumen, and leadership potential—someone who aspires to grow into a legal leadership role within our fast-growing ACTUM Group.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support across the ACTUM Group, focusing on IT and technology-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology contracts.
• Advise on data protection, privacy (especially GDPR), and cybersecurity compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal guidance aligns with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations and strategic projects.

What we expect:

• Legal expertise with a business mindset – solid experience with contracts (MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements), risk assessment, and collaboration with sales teams.
• Tech-savvy – familiar with IT terminology and service delivery models, including IP rights, GDPR, software licensing, and digital business structures.
• Ownership & independence – proactive, decisive, and confident in challenging status quo when necessary.
• Strong communicator & leader – able to engage with non-legal teams, negotiate with clients, mentor colleagues, and handle business and sales pressures.
• Organized problem-solver – manages multiple contracts effectively, keeps processes structured, and focuses on continuous improvement.
• Explorer & self-starter – comfortable working across jurisdictions, dealing with corporate structuring, and navigating international contracts.
• Curious & adaptable – eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Law degree (Czech law); experience with other jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
• At least 5 years of legal experience in a corporate environment or with corporate clients.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
