Salesforce Project Manager

About the job 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce products, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who can navigate complex projects and ensure their completion on time and within budget.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery – including various project types and sizes as well as support for pre-sales activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Ensure all project deliverables, client communications, and documentation meet required quality standards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate project management processes and implement improvements across projects.

What we expect:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience managing and delivering Salesforce projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce core platform functionality, including configuration approach, customization, and best practices for integration.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, especially for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
