About the job 

The Managing Partner for Czechia will be responsible for leading Actum Digital's sales activities within the Czech market. This role entails strategic oversight, business development, and operational management to drive growth and maintain Actum's market leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the business strategy for the Czech market, aligning with the company's global objectives.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Actum's client base and service offerings.
• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the P&L for the Czech operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
